Location!! Location!! Location!! Bring the whole family to this peaceful and spacious SFH pool home with a detached efficiency that has a bathroom & kitchenette. Located 15 mins to downtown Ft Lauderdale (Las Olas area), Ft Lauderdale airport, Hard Rock Cafe, beaches, and Miami. All bedrooms and efficiency have smart TV’s with ROKU. Enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard, pool, sunbathing, loop and screened patio. Enjoy the game room where you can play pool & multiple video games. Take a short walk to Hortt Park and you might get lucky and see our beautiful peacocks that walk throughout the neighborhood. Take a nature walk at nearby Bill Keith preserve which overlooks South Fork New River where million dollar yachts cruise daily. Enjoy dining at nearby restaurants on the water.

Spring Break
We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and everything is so convenient and assessable. My family loved the home and the pool was the highlight of the stay for them . We found a hidden gem right in the the neighborhood where all the boats enter the waterways. We would hear the peacocks but would never see them until our final day leaving we found about 15 of them lounging in a neighbors yard. Also there was this iguana who would come sunbath in the front yard daily. It was a neat experience for the kids. Thanks Larry for be a very attentive host. We will most definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious and clean. We were in town for the Tortuga Music Festival it was a short drive to the beach and we loved the pool area to hang out. The check in instructions were extremely thorough and easy to understand. Would definitely come back again.

Very family friendly
My family and i stayed here on a nice little vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone insise the house but the little mother in law house was a nice bonus. The jouse was clean and the pool was very nice. We loved the peacocks right in the front yard. Communication with the manager was easyand he responded quickly.
