I was a little taken back when I learned that the owner of the property lived upstairs, however Frank was a great host and gave us all the privacy expected. The property was clean and comfortable on the inside however the back deck area could use some cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again. ##### Michael B. He texted a couple of days ahead to ask if we had any questions, he communicated about the check in process well, then checked in with us several times after check in. We were there over New Years with our young children. Frank kept in touch with us throughout New Year’s Eve to see when we would be back so he didn’t have music on too loud when we came home with our kids. He was over the top considerate!
