Easy to access the trains, ports, and downtown. The rooms are quiet and the newly installed steam showers are absolutely amazing. "We had one of the Capo rooms, and it was just right for us. Having a mini fridge was nice. The room wasn't overly large, but we were really only in it to sleep or get ready for dinner, so it was enough space. Having an included breakfast was an added bonus.There was maid service each day (we never actually saw them because we were always gone), but they never replaced our towels. I'm fine with using the same towels for 3-4 days, but thought they would be replaced at least once. Maybe we needed...

"I have been there late August, beginning of September. The superior bungalow (Ciliegio) was nice and clean but the 3 of us founded very small. Great for a couple. Bathroom OK, spacious, powerful shower. It would have been helpful having a shelf on the sink. The door lock wasn't working. The pool was nice, remember you'll need a swimming cup for the pool. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Residence L'Incanto Sorrento.The location was quiet and the views from the upper terraces were beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in during our travels, and the pillows were great too. The heat worked well and was appreciated because we had some cold nights.
