"The hotel is in an amazing location. Very walkable. The staff from the front desk to the restaurants and house keeping staff were top notch. The room was very nice. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Would absolutely stay again on our next Granada trip."

TIP: if you are driving, there is a 15 min parking spot immediately to the right of the front door in the alley so you can check in and get instructions to the parking garage. Streets are narrow so do not upsize your rental vehicle! The hotel is in a perfect spot next to a small square where you can have a coffee and breakfast. "First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

Great hotel for the Alhambra
"Rooms were clean and comfortable . The kettle with complimentary tea and coffee was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of choice to suit most people. Staff were helpful, polite & pleasant The hotel is very close to the Alhambra & only a 20 min downhill walk into the city .There is a regular hop on hop off bus service or tourist train close to the hotel if you prefer not to walk. On site parking is available. Hope to return later in the year ."
