I thought this was a really nice little hotel, but for us it was more of a B&B than a hotel, as there's nothing really going on there. The property is old and very charming, but the room was up to date and well equipped. It said it had a bar, but we never found one, and we only discovered the restaurant when we had breakfast on the last day. That didn't matter though as you can walk to restaurants in both the centre and the gypsy quarter. Our room had a nice side on view of the Alhambra, and you can walk everywhere, or the bus stops outside, although I wasn't sure if it was quicker than walking from the centre. If you want a peaceful place to stay with charm and character rather than facilities, then this is ideal, and anyway, you don't need a bar or restaurant, as the place is surrounded with them.
