Great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with very comfortable mattresses. The location is excellent—close to metro and bus stops, plus a supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The lobby is cozy and inviting. Most of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, though one receptionist seemed a bit disengaged.

A great value stay in a nice room with staff who were always helpful. Daily breakfast and room servicing were great and was great having a fridge and kettle. We appreciated that this is NOT the central tourist district knowing it’s only 15 minutes easy walk to the cathedral and other areas.

I stayed one week and it was nice. The breakfast was super good. The room is wide and clean and attached full facilities. The location is also nice. I need to walk only 1 min to the metro. I recommend to stay there when you are in Granada.

The Hotel was very well situated. The metro/tram was right outside. In walking distance of interesting places. Breakfast and evening meal were more than adequate. The Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite.

Considering its a 4 star hotel no slippers or bath robs and no soap bar and on my last day house keeper must have forgot to top up shower gel in the bathroom. If this was not all we get 21 inch satellite tv with no smart tv functions and not much english channels option.

In spite of being quite satisfied with the room etc. unfortunately since Granada was unexpectedly cold at night, I missed having a blanket and froze the first night. I managed to get some sleep the second night by wearing a lot of clothes. On hindsight, I should have requested a blanket but was so busy, that I totally forgot. Why dont you have blankets in the cupboards (optional) like other hotels (in the same price category as yours) do? Otherwise was fairly satisfied with the price- performance ratio. Thank you!
