The space was clean and everything we needed was provided and the staff were very responsive. Never met any staff. Property manager made all contact via WhatsApp and access codes sent to us. Good WiFi. All amenities worked. There was no parking (we were told it was full), and we had to park in public garage about a 20 minutes uphill walk from the property location. Located about 15 minutes walk from historic old cathedral. I really dislike leaving negative feedback, but I simply cannot let this slide. First of all, the sewage smell in the whole room was unbearable, to the point where it gave me a headache. It wasn't just at certain times; the awful stench persisted throughout the entire day. Secondly, there was zero response from the hotel no matter how many messages I sent. If there is no front desk, I believe they should at least be responsive online. I asked a question unrelated to the smell, but received no reply during my entire 2-night stay. The service is truly terrible. Etablissement situé dans rue tranquille, non loin du centre mais loin du bruit. Appartement très bien équipé.et d'une grande propreté. Identique aux photos du site. Pleins de commerces à proximité. Très bon accueil de Javier, de bons conseils. Je ne parle pas bien l'espagnol, il m'a parlé doucement pour que je comprenne Je suis tout à fait ravie d'avoir profité de cet établissement.
