"This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️"

"We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "Probably the best holiday let/cottage we have stayed in over the past 11 years. Spotlessly clean with all the home comforts and more. The kitchen was better equipped than my one at home!!! Hot tub was a lovely addition Great welcome basket - plum bread a new firm favourite. Jayne the host greeted us on arrival which was really nice Very quiet village with a nice pub opposite. Conveniently located near Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds Would highly recommend"

"The property was excellent. Table football, trampoline in the garden and gym in the garage kept the younger members of our party well occupied. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. Our hosts were ever helpful no matter how many times we contacted them. Will definitely be looking for another stay in the future."

"This is a very lovely property in beautiful surroundings. It has everything you need and was fitted out to a high standard. We liked the little pond although it was a bit too chilly to make use f the excellent outside area. We loved the extra touches like the wine/bread etc. Loved the homemade cake (what is the recipe? :). ). Great rooms with owner. Would stay here again when we are back in Lincoln"

"Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!"

"The property is a comfortable size for 4 adults to stay in. It's a great location for walking to Lincoln's main sights. We were able to easily park on the street nearby. There are useful local shops for self-catering or plenty of places to eat out."

"We booked this a week before staying. Quick booking. Location pin point not great. Had to ask a. Local but very friendly village. Lovely little pub up the road. Cottage had some cob webs but it is a cottage. Bed very comfortable and bathroom lovely had bits in the kitchen that come in handy. Great stay we will be back. Do not park so close to the wall I scratched my car on a stone post thinking I needed to be as far off the road. But not true. Safe parking outside. Thank you"

"I booked for 7 people to stay at property. The property looked lovely. There were 5 beds. The sofa bed which we intended to use had no bedding. Eventually I got a call back, and the person argued that everything was set and ready, and should be there. I was eventually told that bedding would be delivered to us the next day first thing in the morning . I was disappointed as I could not reach anyone after calling the customer services number which I was told was a 24hr phone line. The next day at...

"A lovely stay in a cute old stable. Lovely provision of cereal, bread, butter, milk and coffee (including some for the cafetière for those like me who don’t drink instant). The fridge has a small freezer at the top which is great. The living room is double height and very comfy with underfloor heating, the bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine. The owners have really thought about the things you need when staying away in self-catered accommodation and it shows! 10/10"
