"Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Exactly as described with everything you need for a break away. Hot tub was a great touch in wonderful little garden with lights. So clean and a pleasure to stay there. Lovely little touch with welcome basket on arrival. Would highly recommended!"

"This accomodation has been the best we’ve experienced so far on our trip. The bed was large and comfortable , the living area and kitchen were just right and the bathroom with bath was wonderful . It was lovely and quiet in spite of being close to shops. It was easy walking distance to bus station and pubs. Overall a terrific place to base ourselves whilst exploring Yorkshire. And we loved the heated floors☺️"

"The Hosts were so lovely, we stayed for a short break over Christmas, there was Christmas decorations and a gift alongside everything else provided in welcome pack. "We rented for a race meetkng at Doncaster which is 5 minutes walk away. Heating and TV didnt work on arrival but very quickly fixed when raised. Overall lovely home ideal location for race course."

The booking process was easy and contact with the owner was easy with no issues. The house was lovely. It was very clean, spacious and had more than adequate space (sofas, dining space, beds, washing and toilet facilities) for all of us. "Great house and location, only let down by one aspect the mattress in the main bedroom the spring can be felt on your back which was disappointing. this could be easily solved with the addition of a mattress topper. I would defiantly stay again as I'm a regular visitor to Hull . please update me as i would like to book again. "

"I booked for 7 people to stay at property. The property looked lovely. There were 5 beds. The sofa bed which we intended to use had no bedding. Eventually I got a call back, and the person argued that everything was set and ready, and should be there. I was eventually told that bedding would be delivered to us the next day first thing in the morning . I was disappointed as I could not reach anyone after calling the customer services number which I was told was a 24hr phone line. The next day at...
