"Nothing to complain about. Had to queue to check in but that was to be expected as there was a wedding on and tribute band so hotel was busy. Couldnt fault the reception staff. Very friendly and helpful. Thought we wpuld be entitled to 50 percent discojnt on ncp parkjng but they didnt know about it"

"A lovely gem of a hotel, from a different era, but in a really good way. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was spotless and looked loved. If you’re after a modern hotel, with all mod cons, then not here, but for charm, and just gentle loveliness, a great place. Minor gripes - bottle of water and shower gel / shampoo not replaced when empty. Shower one which was either boiling or ice cold on a millimetre turn. But genuinely minor & did not, in any way, dampen the stay. A highlight - breakfast. Local produce, cooked perfectly. "
