"The property did provide limited car parking which was useful. Maybe next time though I should read the entry better as this isnt a Bed and Breakfast (B&B as stated clearly in the title). "Susan is an excellent host. Unobtrusive, but there when needed and nothing is too much trouble. She also provides an excellent and varied breakfast. Although in the middle of the village, the property is private and secure. Our room was comfortable and lacked nothing. It was also warm as the temperature dropped below freezing outside. Thoroughly recommended. "

Beverley is a wonderful host and from the moment she greeted us was full of advice, and tips to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I crashed out and didn’t stir at all. "A great set up, in a separate building. It was good to be able to come and go as I needed. A comfortable bed and good facilities. I wondered if I'd hear the road all the time, but I didn't hear it at all, and it wasn't very busy anyway. So that was great too. Really lovely and interesting walks straight from the house it'self and further afield as well. The Lime kilns etc were very interesting and the various reservoirs nearby were beautiful. The Autumn colours in the woodland and Calke Abbey...

"I was attending an event in the city centre so the Gresham Aparthotel was ideally located. Being in the annex it was a bit of a labyrinth finding my way to the room, but I did manage to get back to it after my night out. Although there was still noise in the streets when I got back, I heard nothing in my room, which was clean and well-equipped. I was there for little over 12 hours but would definitely recommend this place for a short break in the city. Although there's no parking, being there...
