"Anyone can get to the floor without security key pass"
"The location and convenience of Novotel is excellent. The lobby, restaurants, shops are very inviting. Reception for check in was welcoming and professional. The entire staff is very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The room and bed were very comfortable. We had a quiet and good nights sleep. Amenities were plentiful. It was nicely decorated and very roomy, but furniture is beginning to look worn. I was disappointed to find hair and other bits of stuff on the rug making it appear like the room had not been vacuum. All in all, we appreciated the convenience of location inside the airport for our early morning flight and comfort of the hotel. "

"I was so impressed with this hotel. Super clean and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I don’t speak the language but not once did I get that annoyed impression from anyone i asked for help. I wanted to take home the housekeeping lady. She was so sweet and kind. "
