“Great hotel ...convienient locattion”

This hotel was clean , located one block from the skytrain. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would reccomend this hotel to other first time visitors to bangkok

There is nothing special about the hotel. It's the middle of the road, however the location is excellent for shopping in the downtown corridor.

“Best Location for a first time traveller”

The Novotel is great! The location is between MBK and the Paragon, two great malls for shopping for tourist kitsch and for eating anything and everything. The staff was very friendly. Upon check in, they gave my kids stuffed elephant toys, brought us extra towels and water before we could ask, and assembled a cot for my baby. My daughter slept on the couch and they also brought us extra bedding for her. The pool staff was also extremely friendly and willing to help with anything. This is the best value in Asia period. The room was spacious, clean, and cheaper than my hotels in Hong Kong and all over India, which were much smaller rooms. The bed is very hard but that's Asia for you. And they are doing some renovations so it was noisy during the day but we didn't mind as we were out and about mostly. But a nap would have been out of the question. I'm an American expat living in India and found this hotel to be extremely to my liking.

“novotel siam”

This is the first time we stayed at a Novotel. great hotel good location for shopping. The best was the hotel staff, especially the lobby area. They helped us (family of four) with taxi, directions and things we needed. I speak a little thai and got around fine. you got to be careful of those taxi snakes trying to take you to places you don't know. I recommend getting the hotel people get you a taxi if you want to see the sights or go shopping else where. The breakfast buffet was very good...

Excellent location. Located next to the subway, very cheap shopping, restaurants or just walking around. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Most speak very good English. The restaurants in the hotel had excellent food. Free buffet breakfast was wonderful. The dance club in the lower level is a lot of fun, Great place to go in the late evening around 10 or 11 PM. I would return to the Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square

“Will be going back to the Novatel on Siam Square”

Our stay at the Novatel on Siam Square was all positive - friendly and helpful staff, great location, close to transport, shopping, variety of food and an excellent massage salon (Lek across the road from Novotel's side entrance). The room was a reasonable size and very clean. Our only negative comment was that the bed was VERY firm and took a couple of nights to get use to. I would recommend the Novatel and will be using it again for our next business/leisure trip later in the year.
