“Wonderful hotel providing exemplary service.”
Have stayed at the Landmark several times and for me it is as good as ever. The staff make or break any hotel and in this instance they are the hotel's success. Upgraded to a Lifestyle room and whilst the room was very chic and modern I personally prefer the Thai style of the normal rooms. (Sounds a bit ungrateful but I don't mean to be). Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was quiet and on a couple of mornings I had the place to myself. Didn't fancy anything on the pool menu so the staff arranged for a Thai meal to be brought from one of the other restaurants in the hotel. Location is right in the thick of the madness that is Bangkok and such a pleasure to get back into the Hotel from the heat and noise of Sukhumvit. Highly recommended.

“Always my first choice of hotel”
The Landmark is a magnificent hotel in a great location for anyone visiting Bangkok. All the staff are very welcoming and efficient and I have never had any problems checking in or out on my happy visits. There is something for everyone nearby be it dining, shopping or the more adult temptations of Nana Plaza. For the more adventurous types the nearby monorail station ( minute walk) offers the opportunity of all the nooks and crannies of Bangkok. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Bangkok and the Landmark is still the one I always try and return to

The efficiency and service and comfort at this hotel is extremely high ,excellent room seviceand housekeeping.Good choice of restaurants within hotel to suit all tastes.Excellent location next to Sky train Station giving easy access to modern shopping malls

“Great Hotel in a great area and good amenities”
Stayed in the Landmark for 2 nights and loved it. we upgraded to the executive room which was a suite and included breakfast and a host of other extras - in the end it was worth it. The hotel has a choice of bars and restaurants - steakhouse, chinese, international, pub style food etc . the area around is good and has good connections , via skytrain, to malls and most other areas of interest. it is very busy though so be warned. There is an excellent health club at the hotel (fitness first) and a lovely swimming pool. Staff at the hotel were generally very good with a coupld of notable exceptions. the hotel is very popular with western and middle eastern customers and families so breakfast can be very busy all in all one of the better hotels in bangkok and usually available for a good price
“Putting other local hotels to shame”
This stay at the Landmark of three days has been simply exemplary and has restored my faith in hotels and hotel management in Thailand. My first stay in Bangkok was 21 years ago in this hotel and it was great but I’d not been back since and now I see that I have been a fool. The front desk staff were courteous, considerate and all requests from the reasonable (resetting the lockbox code) to the seemingly impossible (fixing the shower in our room rather than moving us as we liked the room) were done promptly and thoroughly. A quibble over a bill – actually my fault – was resolved with a smile and a really helpful late checkout to take a midnight flight. The ‘star’ on the front desk is Poy, who dealt wonderfully with my English humour and put me firmly in my place each and every time we spoke. Local competitors like the Amari Boulevard should be avoided at all costs.

All staff, rooms & service at this hotel were superb. The room was alrge comfortable & the bathrooms are amazing. Food good in several locations & the R & RB on the 31st floor is a must for all visitors. Food, service & view her out of this world.

Smart, clean, friendly place - theyprovided us with a delightful cake on our wedding anniversary. Highly recommended.
