The apartment itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monica was super-helpful and provided us with useful suggestions for places to see. She was very responsive to messages and kept in touch throughout. Will definitely be back to this beautiful city. "

"Really nice building with large apartments in a side street in the area of National Museum , Wenzelsplatz, Opera and Main Station. Newly restored so very clean. We were 3 but there was enough room to host 4 people with all their belongings. Friendly staff that answered all questions almost immediately , even though the communication was over mails. Only negative thing was other guests who were way too loud in the staircase slamming doors.. We would definitely book it again!"

"Clean and large rooms for the price. Staff arrange transport multiple times to and from the airport. In all cases, the transport was on time."

"We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The room is spacious, super clean and the bed is so comfortable. It was stocked with all the goodies upon check in. We couldn’t asked for a better location, all major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Prague."

"Luggage lockers were great for us and free to use with your booking. the room was great, nicely decorated and you get two sets of duvets which was great for 2 people sharing the bed. The bed was a great size and didn’t feel cramped, bathroom was lovely and shower was fab. You get shampoo, conditioner and soap plus a hair dryer, you just need to bring your own toothpaste. It can be loud with the window open but totally fine when closed, there’s air conditioning so you can keep the windows closed...

"We were in the deluxe loft apartment which is very eclectic and unique due to the beams. There was a large living space with all the facilities you would need in the kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and a batroom with access from both the bedroom and living area so good if 4 people sray3. The rooms were not ideal for non able bodied peopl or anyone with young children as there a number if areas whete you had to step up and down approximately an 18 inch drop so potentially hazardous.It...

"Convenient to transportation and all ammunitied"

"This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!"

"This is the fourth time in two years that I come to Prague and choose to stay at Andel Apartment, always with a smile at the reception, very helpful. The choice of the place because of the convenient location, a bit far from the noisy tourist center, but very accessible to metro lines, and public transportation, and those who prefer walking to the center are very comfortable, refreshing, safe and nice to feel like a local for a short time. "The hotel was clean and really central. Tye reception staff were really friendly too. It was really warm when we stayed and we were on the top floor so the apartment was uncomfortably warm. There was a plug in aircon machine but it didn’t help much. I would argue that it is not a 4 star hotel. The finishes in the room need updating and even though the room was spotless the old skirting boards and wardrobe made the room feel dirty. For the price though it was worth it"
