Communication was good. We had a room for 3 people, but the 3rd bed was just a lumpy cot, so not ideal. On the last day the elevator was out so we had to carry luggage down 4 floors which wasn’t ideal. In any case we had to walk up one floor as the elevator only stops at 1/2 levels which was ok for us but maybe not everyone.
