The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and they even accommodated my early check-in, which I really appreciated. We lost hot water one day, but as soon as we informed reception, they fixed it immediately. The bus stop is just five minutes away, and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Housekeeping came even though we were only staying for 2 night which was amazing. Reception staff were nice and polite. Easy to check in and check out. 20minute walk to the central places to visit or a short tram ride which was perfect.
