We had an issue with our toilet when we arrived and got moved to a different apartment quickly. Unfortunately the mattresses were too firm for our liking and we didn't get great sleep because of that. The water pressure is low and the bathroom sink is just built weird so it accumulates a lot of water quickly. Besides that everything was super clean and tidy. The AC was modern and great. Time consuming and complicated. Awful Awful Awful. Although our room was nice staying at Numa was scary. The hotel is totally unmanned. What happens if a crime is committed in the hotel? What happens if a guest takes ill? What happens if a guest loses their phone so can't get help from Numa's call centre? It doesn't bear thinking about.
