"One of our favorite hotels during our trip. The history of the inn is fascinating and gives off a very cozy and welcoming vibe. The entire staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was five stars! Love the ostrich inn! Also very convenient to Heathrow airport. Thank you to the staff for treating us like family! "

"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks.
