The lighting system was chaotic, we never managed to work out which switch did which light! The entrance needed a good clean.. Pillows needed replacing. "We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. Marina, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!"

"We have stayed in this villa before. We love the location, size and the fact that it contains everything we need for a lovely holiday. It was 11 years ago that we stayed there and there were some changes. The only negative thing about the place is that it needs a little bit of a refurb to bring the furniture both inside and outside up to date and although it was clean and tidy, there were things that could have been cleaned to show that it is really being taken care of eg the glass fencing...

"This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it."

The dog was drinking out the pool, constantly jumping over the gate to remain on the property front door, harassing us. We have two young children so this was quite alarming and worrying for us constantly. "Tough to get a hold of at first but once we exchanged WhatsApp numbers he was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue upon arrival and he took care of the issue with swiftness and even refunded a night while things were sorted out. Overall nice place and as listed. Parking was a bit tough but we got used to the tight driveway by the end of it. :-)"

"The house is beautiful, the garden is even more beautiful, great for a relax evening. Pool area is just a few steps away and not crowded. The beach is nice also has great bars. Please note that you will need a car for groceries and sightseeing. Overall nice quiet area for relaxation."

"I had to pay an extra 200 eur (!) that was not listed in the price. That amounts to about 30% of the price. Vrbo could not tell me if they charged 30% service fee. They said they will investigate the issue but still no answer. The property manager said they did not charge it. The house is ok if you like to be in the flight path of Larnaka airport."
