“Convenient to Airport”

“Central Larnaka Good Stay”

The Flamingo is an older building, but fairly well maintained. We enjoyed the accommodation. It is not five star, as far as amenities go, but it is very acceptable for the price. The staff were helpful and kind. The food is good, but not spectacular. The good news about The Flamingo Hotel is that it is so centrally located that many of the eating and drinking places mentioned in your travel books are within walking distance. We used this as a jump off to additional locations in Cyprus and it was perfect for that. The beach is easy easy access as well.

Area recommendations

We went on night walks, to the marina and around the town and never felt unsafe. This is a good, central area to be in.

When to go

We went in spring. High summer is crowded.

“No Frills”

The hotel has seen better days, but the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful, but not of the best quality. Location was good, being just across the road from the beach, although it was on the flight path for incoming planes to Larnaca Airport. I didn't find this a problem though. Overall, for the price, a very decent hotel.

“Good value for money”

The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. They gave us all the inrormation we needed and were very friendly. The hotel and the room itself was a little run-down, nevertheless nice, clean and comfortable (although the bathroom shower has seen better days). There is a little beach right opposite with chairs and umbrellas for rent, though you have to cross a road to get there, as well as a store and a few restaurants. The city centre is about 25 min on foot. Generally it was good value for money and I would recommend it for people coming to Larnaka for shorter stays, but not for a long vacation or for those seeking something more atmospheric or luxurious.

“Please Don't”

To make it short...this place is terrible. Our room was very old and the A/C did not work. Staff did nothing to fix the problem and seemed put out for even asking. Very run down hotel. No parking and no views of the water. The staff was unfriendly and did only what was needed when ask. Would never return to this location.

The area has many things to do and beach is across the street, but nothing immediately around the hotel.

“das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer nähe des Flughafens und an einem Strandabschnitt”

wir waren für eine Sportveranstaltung 3 Tage untergebracht , für diesen zweck ausreichend . Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht um die Gäste

“flamingo hotel - vicino aeroporto ma non ci sono disturbi acustici”

Servizio semplice ma preciso, chiaramente distante (a piedi) dal centro di Larnaca.

Area recommendations

Se si vuole stare in relax non vicino dalla promenade di Larnaca questo albergo va bene, vicino ci sono un paio di pub e alcune "taverne"/ristoranti, altrimenti bisogna portarsi verso il centro turistico di Larnaca (almeno un paio di Km)
