"We had a great time in Onecote/ Brambles Farm. The online photos don't do it justice - it is a really beautifully renovated house, very homely and plenty of space for 3 adults & 3 kids. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs (with bathroom next door) so felt very spacious. Immaculate and clean. Hot tub was a huge bonus - we were in every evening, rain or shine. The kids absolutely loved it (age 3, 6, 10). Accommodation stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Our feedback points are the same as pretty much every other review - if the owners made a few tweaks I've no doubt they would land 5 stars: - Check out time is 9am. Total pain for a family with young kids - it meant for a rushed departure - little time for breakfast and no last go in the hot tub for the kids. - The "Lists" and "Rules"! - doesn't set the right tone for a relaxing weekend away with the family. There is an extensive "check out list" which will cause "automatic forfeit of deposit if not completed". - A bit more friendly and flex in the communication. Overall I would recommend - it really is a lovely property. Just a few tweaks in the approach would make a huge difference and move it to 5 star."
