Although Silvia speaks no english the conversation went great and Salvatore can speak perfect german. We highly recommend this home and would appreciate to come back. Stentino is a very small village with a very nice beach. Just notice that even the ways are short, it takes a long time to get from one place to another."

Daniela hat und sehr herzlich empfangen und hat bei fragen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet und war immer sehr freundlich. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir sogar etwas früher einchecken. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort befindet sich eine Strandbar an der man essen und trinken kann, die Kellner sind auch sehr freundlich. Außerdem...

"Very comfortable, modern villa with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is very well appointed with induction stove and great outdoor grill. The AC worked extremely well and the pool and deck area is lovely. The location is 5 min walk from a lovely beach that was uncrowded and has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The property manager was extremely helpful and we had a lovely time. Would visit again"

"We had a very relaxed two weeks in Tertenia. Location (and the whole Tertenia region) is perfect for families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation. The way to the beach is a bit longer as described, but it is close to the village and the car can stay in the village. The house is equipped with everything you need and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace every day!"

"The next door neighbour showed us around the property. We did not see the manager throughout the stay. The views of the mountains and sea were outstanding and could not have been better. The pool was clean and exactly what we could have hoped for. The villa itself was very "tired". It just needed not one, but quite a few licks of paint. "Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Sardinien. Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die Berge von der Terrasse ist grandios. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da und hatten viele Strände in der Umgebung fast für uns alleine. Sogar der Pool war zur Freude unserer Kinder schon geöffnet. Der Garten ist praktisch für andere uneinsehbar. Die Vermieterin Elena war sehr nett und antwortete...

"Excellent property for group of 6 adults- very quiet area -so if looking for buzzing nightlife try nearer to Cagliari- if like us you want relative peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings with all basic needs catered for (shops, restaurants bars etc) this is the place for you- the busy city of Cagliari is about an hours drive away. Excellent beach with clean safe bathing very close by- property was well maintained and in very good order- highly recommended 5*"

"The pictures don't do justice of the inside of these apartments. In reality, they are larger and nicer than what appears in the pictures. The lodgings were very comfortable and the pool and grounds were absolutely lovely. Add that in to the convenience of the location (5 min walk to great food, beautiful beaches etc), and the friendly staff, and you have a great stay."
