Villa Gio- 300 Mt from the sea

Newly built semi-detached house set in a quiet residential complex a few steps from the sandy beach of foxi murdegu with low and regular backdrop ideal for families with children.

On the beach we find a beautiful kiosk bar.

The house consists of a cozy living room with kitchen, very well equipped with all the necessary appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, as well as pots and pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. Double bedroom with possible additional bed (for possible fifth person) and small bedroom with bunk bed. The interior is completed by a modern bathroom with a glass shower cubicle and suspended fixtures.
The house has built-in mosquito nets (except for the sliding door at the entrance).
Possible supply of linen (sheets, towels, beach towels)
Outside the covered veranda of about 30 square meters is surrounded by a garden of about 200 square meters with automatic retractable irrigation system with hedges that, of course, provide privacy to our guests who want to live the garden and enjoy lunches and dinners on the veranda.
In the back of the house we find an outdoor mosaic shower, barbeque, sink, washing machine and solar panel for sanitary water production.

max 5 people (with free addition of a bed in the master bedroom)

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No animals
Separate collection (to be taken to the nearby ecological island)
Parties are not allowed.
Deposit of 200 euros which will be requested on the day of arrival, fully refundable at the end of the stay.

A short walk from the house there is ample parking and a butcher's shop open during the summer with fresh meat and local products. The attached rotisserie prepares excellent first courses and second courses of meat.

A few minutes walk from the villa we find a tobacco bar and a takeaway pizzeria.
A few minutes by car we find ecological island, restaurants, pizzerias and market.
