"We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, fridge and washing machine were good quality, the air conditioning helped cool down on a hot day. The outdoor shower was very helpful for getting the sand off of the kids before they went in to the apartment. The location being just a few walking minutes away from the best view of the sunrise was a super bonus. All in all, we were happy with our stay there and would gladly come back."

"Luogo stupendo per chi ama la tranquillità e l'Ogliastra la casa si trova a circa 3 km dal mare ma in una splendida valle ,tenuta in maniera perfetta con arredi di buon gusto l'ospitalità e la cortesia sono di casa, non fatevi influenzare dalla pista di go-kart adiacente alla struttura perchè non invade in nessun modo la pace del luogo. "An excellent house. The location could not be bettered with views that could grace any travel brochure. The village has enough shops to keep you in food supplies and a couple of good cafes/bars. The local pizzeria is excellent value. Would recommend the house and the location"

"We had a magical stay on Tertenia. The house is nice and the pool was great. Federica the host was absolutely amazing, always on hand for recommendations and even booking trips for us. There was a power outage in the area one day and she drove over to us specially to give us a lighter to make sure we could have tea! We can’t thank her enough."

"This apartment is about as centrally located as possible in Baunei. (Pronounced Bau - Nay: Your'e welcome!) It is only a 2 minute walk to the central square. Both bedrooms had AC which was a lifesaver during the July 2023 heatwave. It is otherwise very well shaded on a narrow street so most of the year is probably not necessary. "Everything was perfect! We stayed at many places but this one was outstanding. Location, equipment, check in, garden, veranda, communication, sweets at arrival, cleanliness, decoration, comfort of bed, silent air conditioning, ambiance. Would stay there longer. Only downside was the occasional cut in wifi service but we had been warned. Very grateful for this vacation!"

"Die Wohnung von Ausilia ist sehr geräumig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es mangelte uns an nichts. Von der Bettwäsche über Handtücher bis zu Putzutensilien ist alles vorhanden. Es hat sogar einen Grill und eine Waschmaschine. Die Unterkunft ist gut unterhalten. Die Klimatisierung ist super was unerlässlich ist bei dieser Hitze. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Türe der Dusche welche nicht dicht abschliesst. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in 5min zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wasser...

"Die Unterkunft ist durch die gute Erreichbarkeit des Strandes und der ruhigen Verkehrslage sehr angenehm. Anfang Oktober ist es auch wenig besucht, daher sehr angenehm sich am Strand aufzuhalten. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Strandbar, die das ganze positiv auf wertet. Wir kommen gerne wieder"

Seulo est un petit village très attachant parce que les gens sont d'une incroyable gentllesse. Tout le monde vous dit bonjour. "Casa molto vivibile, dentro e fuori, curato e ordinato, ideale per stare tranquilli, mare a 10 minuti a piedi. In ogni angolo della casa ci sono prese di corrente, non servono prese multiple per caricare i cellulari."

"The pictures don't do justice of the inside of these apartments. In reality, they are larger and nicer than what appears in the pictures. The lodgings were very comfortable and the pool and grounds were absolutely lovely. Add that in to the convenience of the location (5 min walk to great food, beautiful beaches etc), and the friendly staff, and you have a great stay."
