Sehr schöne, empfehlenswerte Liegenschaft. Einkaufen, schöne Strände und gute Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Alles problemlos geklappt mit der Vermietung.

Urlaub zum Motorrad fahren
waren eine kleine Gruppe Motorradfahrer, haben jeden Tag eine Motorradtour gemacht. liegt sehr gut von der Lage her. Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt, da es für anfang Oktober noch sehr warm war ( 30 Grad ), haben wir uns meistens im Aussenbereich aufgehalten, und mit der Outdoor Küche ist es super gewesen. Anfahrt über geschoterte Straße ist auch leicht machbar. Supermarkt ist ca 600 meter entfernt. kann man gerne und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen :)

Wir waren im großen und ganzen Zufrieden. Das Haus war zweckgemäß eingerichtet. Alles sehr einfach gehalten. Toll war, das es ein Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl gab.

Belle propriété à Marina di tertenia
Beau séjour à Marina di Tertenia. Maison conforme à l’annonce. Les 2 chambres adultes sont confortables, celles des enfants sont opérationnelles. La cuisine extérieure est très agréable. La douche de la salle bain intérieure est un peu étroite et insuffisante à 8 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé la douche extérieure. La situation géographique permet de rayonner avec des plages à 30 minutes. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire lors de la resa et mention spéciale à Maria, notre contact sur place. Réactivité et conseils avisés !! Je recommande

Sehr schönes Haus
Waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Maria über das Handy war super und so konnten wir den Urlaub voll genießen. Anhand der Adresse im Vertrag ist das Haus eigentlich nicht zu finden, daher unbedingt die Navi-koordinaten erfragen. Wir haben fast nur die Aussenküche genutzt und die separate Dusche ist sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

In una posizione un po’ lontana dai centri abitati ma posto molto tranquillo La casa è attrezzata di tutto il necessario per 8 persone, ha un bellissimo giardino e posto per mangiare all’aperto La spiaggia molto bella è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, bastano 5 minuti Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona l’host ma è sempre stata molto gentile e attenta ai dettagli.

Wunderbares Haus am Berghang zum Foxi Mania Beach
Leider fing unsere Planung damit an, dass man uns das Haus nach der Buchung stornierte und zu einem deutlich höheren Preis wieder angeboten hat. Dies sollte erwähnt werden, dann das gehört sich unseres Erachtens nicht. Wir haben dann erneut gebucht und ein wunderbares sauberes Haus vorgefunden. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten über teilweise einen Feldweg mit dem Auto. Der Strand ist wirklich toll und in der Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Restaurants. In der Nähe lohnt sich auch ein Besuch der Grotta du Marmuri 30 km). Essen gehen im Hotel Janas, 10 km entfernt zum günstigen Preis. Zum Haus; Alle Fotos sind absolut authentisch und zeigen den tollen Zustand des Hauses. Klimaanlage klappt hervorragend und wir raten nur dazu, einige Moskitonetze mitzunehmen. Das hängt natürlich auch vom Mieter ab, wie oft man die Türen offen stehen lässt. Die Aussenküche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ist hervorragend! Wir nutzten oft die Aussendusche im Gartenhaus, weil die Dusche im Bad sehr klein war. Das Haus selbst besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche mit Kühlschrank und Gasherd (kochen macht aber draußen mehr Spaß), einem Kleinen und ausreichendem Bad und vier Schlafzimmern. Zwei davon mit 1,60 m Doppelbetten und zwei davon sehr kleine Zimmer mit je einem Etagenbett und einem knappen Meter Platz vor dem Bett. Schränke und Ausstattung ohne jegliche Kritik. Der Garten ist wunderbar! Toll gepflegt und viel Platz mit neuwertigen Liegestühlen. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Haus im Hinterland mit kurzer Autofahrt zum Strand
Schöner Urlaub auf Sardinien in der Nachsaison. Die Bucht ist schön, aber in 30-40 min gibt es im Norden weitere schöne Strände. Im Süden muss man etwas weiter fahren...
