Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht: Strandlaken, Badetücher, Kühltasche, Sonnenschirm, div. Strandspiele und Stühle. Man kann sich ein Kajak kostenlos ausleihen. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Airfryer, jede Menge Tupperdosen für Picknick am Strand. Zwei schöne Aussenterrassen. 3-4 Restaurants am Ort. In der näheren Umgebung mehr Traumstrände als der Urlaub Tage hat. Die Wohnung war pico-bello sauber und sehr schön. Super Strand quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Fabio, der Vermieter, ist ein super Gastgeber. Er hat uns alles was wir brauchten, inklusive zur Verfügung gestellt und uns tolle Tips gegeben, was wir in der Gegend machen konnten Vielen Dank dafür! Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht! Der Check In war völlig unkompliziert, obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen. Die Lage ist super und unmittelbar am Strand! Meine Anfragen eine Woche vor der Anreise wurden prompt und umfassend beantwortet. Sehr gut war, dass wir am Anreisetag bereits um 12.00 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen konnten, da die Fähre bereits um 7.00 Uhr in Olbia ankam. Zur Wohnung und der Umgebung gibt es zu den anderen Bewertungen eigentlich nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sind außergewöhnlich (neben dem Thermomix gibt es sogar eine Heißluftfritteuse sowie die Grundausstattung an Espressokapseln). Das fehlende Wohnzimmer wurde von uns wegen der zwei großen Terrassen überhaupt nicht vermisst. Man ist aufgrund der Temperaturen (morgens immer über 20°) sowieso nur draußen. Mit dem Amazon Firestick könnte man aufgrund des guten WLANs auch mal deutsches Fernsehen auf dem Smart-TV ansehen. Ich kann die Wohnung vor allem denen empfehlen, die im Urlaub keinen laute Abendunterhaltung in Discotheken benötigen. Es gibt dafür sehr schöne unterschiedliche Strände. Lieber Fabio, Du sagtest zum Abschied ich solle Dir mitteilen was Du noch verbessern kannst. Mir ist bis heute nichts eingefallen. Dein Service ist perfekt. ##### Wolfgang N. Die Bucht eignet sich wunderbar zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Fabio ist ein sehr lieber und herzlicher Gastgeber und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Fabio war ständig für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen tollen Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden etc. versorgt. Er ist mit unseren Kindern (11 + 13) Kanu gefahren und hat uns mit Pflaumen aus dem eigenen Garten und selbst hergestelltem Wein überrascht. Von Torre di Bari aus erreicht man mit dem Auto in 20 bis 30 Minuten viele weitere wunderschöne Strände. Vielen Dank Fabio, für den schönen Urlaub, den wir in deiner Wohnung verbringen durften! Fabio der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit, sehr herzlich und es herrschte immer eine familienähnliche Atmosphäre. Sprachlich gab es keine Verständigungsprobleme und er hatte immer gute Empfehlungen für Essen gehen, Strände etc. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Gastgeber Fabio war stets da, wenn wir ihn brauchten, sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft können wir absolut empfehlen! Küchenutensilien sind mehr als großzügig vorhanden, es mangelte an nichts! Unser Appartment hatte eine schöne, große Terasse mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, selbst den Kräutergarten durften wir benutzen. Fabio, il nostro host, ha provveduto ad attrezzare la casa e gli spazi esterni con tutto ciò che può servire per rendere il soggiorno piacevole, ci ha accolti con calore e si è preoccupato che tutto procedesse nel migliore dei modi. È una casa in cui si sta benissimo, pensata con una cura dei particolari, che raramente abbiamo trovato in Sardegna. But the apartment was very nice and clean. The owner (Fabio) was unbelievably nice, warm-hearted and welcoming. He showed us a lot of the Sardinian culture, food and traditions. We got a lot of insider information about the local wine and food. We had a really good and funny time at the apartment with Fabio. The location of the apartment is perfect. It's quiet and only 1 minute from the beach, which was very beautiful. The weather was warm for us (we are from Germany). it was always between 15-20 °C.
