"The upstairs bedrooms were very hot even with air conditioning in 2 of the 3 rooms. I understand that the weather was hotter than usual. The outside area could do with a good tidy-up. The wooden bench seats in some parts are very worn. A great central location enabled us to walk to lots of places, especially the harbour area. "Bellerive Bluff is a beautiful home in a great location with amazing views. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The renovated bathroom had a large bathtub with the choice of a large shower rose or handheld shower wand over the bathtub.
