My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was comfortable and very clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast buffet was great and gave us a good start to our days of walking and visiting the sights. The staff was very helpful with anything that we needed and they were friendly. We liked the location because it was very close to Via Toledo where a lot of activity went on, shops and restaurants all along the street. Also the hotel was very close (just a few minutes away) to several sights. The sights that were a little farther away wasn't a problem either because access to the metro was also convenient. If you don't know how to use the metro, take time to figure it out. It will save you so much in time and walking.
Very comfortable hotel with good access from train station. Staff were friendly and helpfull. The disadvantage is that the hotel is located in an unattractive area with no restaurants in easy walking distance. Although the hotel provides a large compimentary breakfast, lunch is problematic and the dining room on premises offers only a very expensive dinner menu.

I study the archeological sites and after many visits have used this hotel as my base. Consider disregarding some of the dated comments as the hotel updates individual rooms continually and that along with this area is going through a renaissance of sorts as a result of the opening of its integral underground Metro (Metropolitana di Napoli). As you can imagine it took decades as they continually hit archeological sites. This is a most convenient area to consider and has been for a century (unless you don't like crowded areas). Line 1 specifically begins outside at Pizza Garibaldi (where its ancient line 2 begins inside the station). Get the "Artecard" for the multi-day bus/train pass along with the discounts for the museums. Line 1 is transforming Italy's largest Piazza as it whisks you to the Archeological Museum, university area, Pizza Dante, the Toledo St. shopping district, etc. along with Lines 2 & 6.
As you know this is an American brand name and reflects this description that blends with well with this Italian hotel.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was mine and my boyfriend's first trip away together and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Some of the staff's english is limited so some italian may be an advantage for you. Don't be put off by the hotel's location, it is very easy to get to the naples centre. Also, the location ensures that the nighttime is very quiet. The roof garden is gorgeous and has fabulous views. Clean sheets everyday. The breakfast was great, but there was not much choice of evening meals, you would have to go into town for that. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here!!

Beautiful, calm and peaceful in one of the few green areas in the city of Naples. It is nestled in an area the city just far away from the madness of Naples, but near enough to get there easily by the hotel shuttle or taxi. The roof terrace was another pleasant area of the hotel to relax in, the internal phone enabling the ordering of snacks and drinks. The terrace views were of Vesuvious and the surrounding Naples area. The food exceeded our expectations as we had been in Italy a week by now and found the choice limited. The hotel restaurant offered a wide choice at a reasonable price. The breakfast comprised of a varied selection of fruit, cereals, sweet pastries and savouries etc. The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly, the majority competent in English. Overall a beautiful, relaxing stay that enabled us to see the sights but relax afterwards away from the madness of the city.

"Great place for stopover. ....close to the airport"
Hotel, facilities and staff were excellent. .....
Location leaves a little to be desired..... Some parts of Naples are quite dirty and some areas are certainly not aesthetically pleasing!
That aside the bay is pretty and easy to get to. We did a night tour of Naples with a guide and he was lovely and very informative. The history is interesting, and although we only visited Naples as a stop over we walked away wishing we could have stayed longer.
Pompeii and Amalfi Coast are easily accessible.
Le Cheminée is a 10 minute drive to the airport, also a bonus.

Clean, quiet hotel close to town and metro. In keeping with typical European hotels, the lobby, elevator, and rooms are small but clean and in good repair. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Close to metro so it's easy to get around from the hotel.
