Everything you would expect from a good hotel. Food is excellent with unlimited visits to the six al a carte restaurants plus a buffet and very special fish restaurant in a picturesque setting ( at an extra charge).
Rooms kept very clean with the bedding changed daily. Plenty of storage place, comfortable beds and a flat screen TV.
Several pools to suit all needs and all highly maintained along with the gardens which are really beautiful.
Great staff who try and anticipate your needs before you have to ask and managers who are constantly checking that you are happy and asking for honest feedback in an effort to keep improving.
Fantastic stay, great value for money, would definitely recommend and we will certainly be returning.
Stayed for a week at the Savoy Sharm in a Garden View Suite. The Hotel was first class. The room was excellent, the hotel facilities and in particular the staff were of the highest standard.
Our only criticism was that some of the food and drink in the hotel's many restaurant was a little expensive and was less consistently excellent than other elements of the hotel. Exceptions to this were the burgers, which were very good and the food at the Seafood restaurant by the beach, which was suburb.
I could not recommend this place high enough for those wanting a high quality, relaxing beach hotel.

My son and I just returned from 5 days at the Sunrise Island View resort, and I must say that I was very impressed. I have stayed at several all inclusive resorts in Mexico, been to Hawaii, Italy Switzerland, Africa, and many other places. The Hotel grounds were very well kept and in excellent condition. The 4 pools were all extremely clean, lounge chairs all in like new condition and plenty of shade if you don't want to be in the sun all day. The beach area was large and accomodating with more than enough chairs for everyone. There is a coral shelf that extends about 100 feet out and then drops off sharply to 20' or so. They have two docks that you can walk out and snorkel or swim from there. I did not mind the lack of a formal "beach" and the layout worked very well.
The food was as good or better than most All inclusives I have stayed at. Great selection at the buffet and excellent service and food at the formal restaurants. The drinks were made with plenty of alcohol, and they would add more if requested.
The service here was what set them apart from the rest. Everyone would go out of their way to provide you with anything you needed. I have not seen this level of honest service in ANY hotel or resort I have stayed at. When you try to tip the help, they all but refuse it saying it is not necessary......... what? when does that happen! They have a local dive shop (pyramids diving) on site and they are extremely nice. Great diving right off the dock!!

Hotel was good. Good service. Wifi conected free. Everything is verygood and big pool. No airport shuttle l, shuttle yo neema bay. Is good 5 star... nothing is close and minibar in room is expensive. I give 9 of 10.
