Very poor internet connection. Not stable, keeps disconnecting and unavailable in most parts of the facility. Whatsapp calls do not go through. Better buy an Egyptian SIM card. Food is good. Fish and local dishes are delicious. Clean. Good room service. Make sure to pay your tips in advance. Beach area is so so. No fresh water or toilet facilty at the beach. Need to climb a mountain to get a fresh water shower after sea. Umbrellas do not shield you from the sun. Need to stock on 50 spf. Fresh beach towels arrive at your room everyday. Mosquitos are a major problem. They fume every evening with no success. Esp a huge problem travelling with children. Make sure to bring repellent and bite creams in large amounts. The bugs are quite aggressive in the evenings. Overall it is a great facilty with easy to solve problems. Nothing an IT manager and a handy man cannot solve within days. Would definitely come back if future comments convince md that internet, insect and beach shower problems are solved.

I was put in a filthy room that had a heavy smoke smell. Two housekeepers came in and heavily sprayed a febreeze or other aerosal. The front desk staff eventually accommodated me and found a room and were quite nice, but I would not stay in this hotel again due to the number of rooms in disrepair or inundated with smoke. The beach does little to prevent tourists and snorkelers from harming the coral reefs on the beach.

All you need for a relaxing stay
This hotel is really nice- exactly as advertised. I was here with a friend for 4 nights in December 2021 (paid about $200 USD per night including all taxes). Just be aware that this hotel's clientele are mostly Russians and the place tends to cater to them a bit. My biggest frustration/disappointment was the meals. I understand that buffet-style is to be expected at an all-inclusive, but it was unsettling to have watch people touch (and then put back) food with their bare hands. Yuck. Overall, it's a really nice hotel and is very clean and offers attentive service. The hotel's beach is nice and you can walk to some places in Sharm without having to take a taxi. Be aware that there is no internet in the room, and that the internet in the lobby is not great. But, hey, you're on vacation on the Red Sea- go with it.

Good food, great staff, great views
We stayed here for a couple of weeks and absolutely loved every minute of it. The food exceeded our expectations for an all inclusive resort, the buffets were full of options so we always found something we liked. The staff was incredible, from the cleanliness of the dining areas to coordinating Covid tests in-house, they all did a great job.
