This was are first time to paris and I can't recommend a more romantic hotel. The staff are very helpful and the place is spotless. The pictures we saw beforehand were exactly what we saw when we got there. There is also about 5 cafe/restaurants right by the hotel which is handy if you need to get a quick bite to eat.

2 mins away from Moulin Rouge, selections of shops, restaurants even fast food and a large cinema. The metro station is very close with the Eiffel Tower approx 20 mins away and the Champs Élysées only 10 mins away by subway. My friend and I could see the Eiffel Tower from our room all we did was ask for a view upon booking. The staff was great, pleasant and spoke English so that was a great help. They allowed for early check in for an extra cost of 50€, but offered if I signed up for a free points reward program to their line of hotels the fee was waived. The room was very modern and clean, couldn't ask for better for the price!
great location, pretty rooms. the elevator is insanely small, the lights are tuned off in the stairways which is dangerous and the rooms reek of smoke. otherwise the rooms are clean, the locations is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very close to Le Moulin Rouge (which also includes some racier establishments). We enjoyed the atmosphere in the neighborhood and always felt safe. The room we stayed in was quite spacious for 3 ladies and hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast is a little on the pricey side but not lacking in any way. For convenience, it's worth it. The included wi-fi gave us no problems & we were able to contact our homes without incident. There was also a hotel "business computer" where we were able to print out tour vouchers, etc. Overall, the cute theme that is well executed along with great location and well above average staff, this hotel is just great!
I visited the usual tourist spots and used taxi's and the underground to get to my destination - all good!
The Hotel staff provided me with ideas of where to visit and which underground stations to use to transfer to/from.
I used the complimentary WIFI and it worked very well.

We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights while passing through Paris. It was a great location, facing a courtyard with little traffic noise. Very close to a subway line which gave great access. Lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area as well. Staff was very kind and helpful in accommodating our early arrival as well as providing directions. Price was also great. Would definitely recommend it.
We booked to stay at the Citadine because we wanted an apartment. The whole experience was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was big enough. We could get ourselves breakfast and had a great place to come back to after tramping the streets of Paris. This Apart/hotel is close to the metro and close to lots of lovely food shops. Being in Montmartre was wonderful. Restaurants, food shops and cafes abound in close walking distance. We had a room at the back which was lovely and quiet. The view of Sacre Coeur from our window was a treat. Our room was cleaned several time during the week which was very helpful. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. All spoke english and were very gracious.
