"We had a two night stay here in May. Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were superb especially Lucy who seemed to be there every second of every day looking after us checking in, out, breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and the beds were big snd very comfortable. Excellent location in a lovejy area with shops a 2 minute walk away and the station 5 mins away to get into central Manchester. Overall a really nice stay in a nice clean hotel."

"Lovely staff and made sure we had ground floor room that was quiet . Bed comfy, taps hard to turn in bathroom for people with disabilities. Nice breakfast and lovely outside garden. Near to Croft retail park and Bromborough village with restaurants, cafes, Bromborough pub. Wirral way close by for walking. If using public transport can get bus to Cheshire oaks or Liverpool city centre. West Kirby seaside town 30 mins drive "

"Very pleasant situation. Hotel could do with a little modernising but was clean and the staff at reception and the dining area (Sean) were very welcoming and attentive . Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely make a return visit. "
