“Happy Travellers”

A good hotel with huge rooms and bathroom, The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel with beautiful quilts and pillows. 30 minute walk to central Hollywood with a hop on hop off bus stop outside the front door. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Added bonus of continental buffet breakfast.

“Convenient hotel”

Hotel is close to Hollywood Walk of fame, Santa Monica, Venice Beach all reachable by bus. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel it's self is ok, comfortable and free wifi. Breakfast is is also complimentary although not a cook breakfast but is adequate. Hallways smell a little musty but external doors left open to help with this

“Decent budget hotel”

We chose this hotel due to its location (directly opposite the Andaz which is much costlier) and price. The parking is convenient (in the building, self-park) and cheap ($7 per night). The lobby is well presented and the check-in staff friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and appeared clean, though there was a slightly odd smell - I assume from the cleaning products. We did not use the pool but it was set in an attractive courtyard. The provided breakfast was basic (self-serve cereal, pastries, coffee etc) but met our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone requiring a base in W Hollywood and is not planning on spending extended periods during the day at the hotel, as catering amenities are limited.

“Friendly staff and clean comfy rooms”

My husband and I plus our two children enjoyed our stay at the BW Sunset Plaza. The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast room with their array of breads, fruit and freshly made waffles. The beds were super comfy. I found myself inspecting to see how I could replicate the comfy layers at home! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

“Best Bestern!”

Third time here and still cant fault it. This hotel is paradise! Reception staff a wee bit stuffy but if you stick to your guns they get things done, otherwise staff are marvellous. Going back next year.

“Good location”

Quiet, good comfort, very nice pool-area, rooms with more than enough space for a family of four. Breakfast-room too little, breakfast could improve. Location superb.

“"Great Location"”

The rooms were clean, continental breakfast was satisfying and location was easy to reach all sites we were interested in.

“Great location!”

I booked this hotel because of its location. We were going to a show at the House of Blues, and I didn't realize how close we were until we got there, (it was 2 doors down!), so that was a nice surprise. Parking was convenient and inexpensive. We had a room that didn't have a view, so I was a little disappointed, but it was quiet and very comfortable. Next time, I will get a room that faces the pool, though. Those looked like they would be very nice. The pool area was nice, and the hotel provided towels, so I didn't have to take one from the room. I only wish they had a hot tub as well, though. But it was nice and relaxing to lay by the pool and have lunch at one of the tables. The breakfast set up was nice and provided a variety of items to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
