"I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. The pool was great and very easy for adjusting temperature settings. The location was terrific as well, being very close to the beach and easily accessible to town. We can’t wait to return!"

"We unfortunately had bad weather during our stay but we were cozy in this home which is spacious and conveniently located. For those with kids, there are safety gates and toys available. There’s a lot of outdoor seating and in the summer we look forward to returning to take advantage of the pool. Carter is very responsive - a terrific host!"

"This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!"

"Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cottage while visiting family for the holidays. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I have orthopedic issues so a comfortable bed is very important for us. I enjoyed the walks to the nearby canal. While it was winter, we would like to stay during the summer to enjoy their outside shower after a day at the beech and a bbq in their backyard.
