I really liked the hotel. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good and healthy. The jacuzzi was just what I needed. Shuttle service was very good. Loved the deer spotting and sunset viewing. Very good room service.

Rooms and facilty were clean and room was reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchenette and balcony. Breakfast in b the restaurant was good. Outdoor pool very nice and heated. Close to most areas of interest. Shuttle available but we did not use.

Extremely comfortable and clean. The Deluxe Studio is one of my favorite rooms I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. The view was incredible, the staff were so friendly, and Monte’s was amazing. I can’t wait to come back here!

Condo apartment was well stocked and immaculate. Very clean and welcoming stay. Grounds are manicured and well kept. Close to town and activities. Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. We have been there numerous times and will continue visiting.

The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. There were plenty of TV channels, and I loved the extra lighting in the room. The pool area and gym were also very clean. The attentive staff was the best part of the stay.

Hotel indoor pool and hot tub were exceptional. Very cool vibes inside the hotel. Prime location in Montauk and great facility with helpful staff working there. Had a first floor room which was nice but wish it was a floor or two up for personal reasons. Nice family trip to Montauk and loved it for first timer.

The grounds are beautiful and in the lobby are beautiful reminds you of old Spanish building. The rooms need major updating. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows too. We found a few ants in bathroom. The did supply free car service to anyplace you were going which we liked. The bartender John at Monte’s was true gentleman. Made great drinks and gave us a history lesson about the place and montauk
