Beautiful decor throughout

This hotel is an ideal choice if you want to stay at a comfortable yet stylish hotel close to the underground and high street eateries. Close to the theatre district, everything else is a walk away. Staff are very helpful and the bar has a great roaring fire and ambience.

Everything was "spot on". Large recently renovated rooms, great hopping bar, decor very impressive. Did not try restaurant or exercise area.

Luxury and opulence in a Central London hotel.

From the minute we arrived we were blown away by the impeccable but extremely warm service. I travel a lot to London and it doesn't get better than this! The hotel is conveniently located to the tube station, shopping and sites etc. We felt so pampered and special, the spa in the hotel is world class and a must try as well. I definitely have to say everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations and will definitely keep coming back to this one! It was one of the best experiences I have ever had and I am definitely quite sad to be home now. Anyone looking for an exceptional hotel should stay at the Rosewood London

Disappointing stay.

Pros: The Spa was wonderful.......
Cons: The ambience of the bedrooms.
Location: Very well situated for most attractions in central London.
This was a birthday treat for my daughter. On arrival our room was set up for 2 guests....there were 3 of us, it took 90 mins to bring the additional items required for 3 people, these items arrived in dribs and drabs. The room was not big enough for 3 in my opinion. The decor in the rooms was very stark, no wall art at all.

Classy upscale hotel

The best service imaginable by the sharpest staff. Concierge helped purchase tickets for trains and tours to make my life easier. Hotel's restaurant is excellent, great ambiance and staffed by a terrific manager. My wife and I closed the Scarfes bar down each night. Can't wait to return.

Location and service were great.

Pros: We loved the service, the courtyard and the location.
Cons: Provide 2 comfortable seats and 2 good reading lights.
Location: Close to the theatre area, the markets and the river.
Impeccable service. Great location. Our room was ideal for a solo traveller. Only one comfortable chair. One reading light was stellar and the other was merely adequate.

Beautiful traditional yet modernized hotel

Pros: Around the corner from the underground and bus stops and 8 minutes walk to Covent Gardens.
Very helpful staff. A quiet oasis in the middle of London.

Review for the Rosewood Hotel

Posted 16-Sep-2014
Pros: The hotel was clean, gave matching robes and slippers and even had an umbrella in the closet just in cased in rained. I like the attention to detail.
Cons: The carpet could have been cleaned just a little better as this is a 5 star hotel. For guest celebrating special occasion be prepared to upgrade.
Location: We took the tube all around the city. Covent gardens was walking distance and so were a few other small cafe's. We love that we were near Holborn tub
We arrived and was checked in immediately; The staff was great and most of all professional. The hotel lobby is beautiful and we felt welcome before we even entered as we were greeted by security and bell staff outside. Our room was clean and simple; we would have like it a little larger but it was still comfortable and clean. We thought the hotel food was a bit overpriced as $43 pounds is allot for a small amount of food/breakfast. Steve Mitchell gave great directions around town and was very nice!! If you like high quality then I would stay at the Rosewood. One more thing is they could have maybe cleaned the carpet just a bit as I saw a few stains (maybe it wouldn't come out). Over all lovely stay and I would stay again even though the prices is a little high. Thanks to all at the Rosewood.
