“Bad for 4star...”
The room was a standard room, which had a king size bed was large, but the bathroom was tiny and compact which is all good for smal people but not great for someone who is tall. the televison also had only 5 channels which is not acceptable for a 4star hotel.
“Heathrow at your front door and London in 30 minutes with tradition and charm”
This hotel was a wonderful surprise. Ambiance of old world charm and workmanship with new world amenities. Hotel staff was efficient, helpful and plentiful. With the staffs attention to detail it made for a pleasant stay. Surprisingly I could watch the planes taking off from Heathrow but the room was quiet. I could also take the hoppa bus (5-10 mins) over to terminal one and be on the Heathrow Express into London 15 minutes after that. Not much around the hotel but the restaurants and room service more than made up for that.
“Very nice hotel”
The staff was very helpful and informative. I was impressed with the size of the room, as I was told that the rooms in Europe were going to be smaller than the USA hotel rooms. It was a very comfortable room. I requested a wake up call for the two nights I spent there and they were calling at the exact time of my request. I definetely recommend this hotel and I will stay again if I return to London.
“great hotel choice for London Heathrow”
good hotel, very handy to airport. a helpful front desk staff as well.
“Great location if you need easy access to airport”
A very nice hotel. Able to reach easily via the hotel hoppa bus (4 pounds one way) to and from the airport. Beautiful lobby. Did not partake of the breakfast so unable to rate. Did notice that there are few restaurants in the area. Free Wi-Fe access.
“Airport Overnight”
This hotel probably deserves more than an overnight airport stop
“Heathrow Staple”
I have stayed at the Radisson Edwardian a few times now and am always happy to return. The service is friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms always clean and well maintained. My only criticism was the unavailability of the tv movie channels as the system was being updated during my visit in October. Very handy for stopovers at Heathrow and well priced.
“ease to airport”
great staff, lounge and restaurant.
“Quiet night at Heathrow”
Value for the facility was very good. There were other less expensive alternatives but the cleanliness, service, quiet and restful night was worth it.
“great place to stay in heathrow”
oversll quite satisified with hotel and frriendly staff. i called ahead and requested a rennovated room as the hotel is still not completely done . there is a great pub not far from the hotel, the Pheasant Pub , food was very good and got directions from hotel staff.
