“The perfect place to stay in London”

This year (to be more exactely in June) I decided to visit London and when I started to look for accomodation I found The Grand Plaza Apartments. I have visited most of Europe capitals and stayed at many hotels, but I must say that this is the best place yet. Very spacious room, very clean, very good location (aproximately 3 minutes' walk to an important subway station with direct links to city center). The employees were very friendly and affable. Good food for morning breakfast and a small, but very nice garden to have your breakfast. Next time in London I will definitely book a room at the same hotel...and I hope it will be soon. :)

“lovely little secret!”

Great little place - super value for money, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is brilliant. Will definitely recommend to other uses, and we will use these apartments ourselves again. Possibly not bother including the breakfast again - the breakfast room is very cramped, and probably nicer to have breakfast in apartment in future, but I have to say the staff serving in the breakfast room are just lovely and cheerful. Great way to start the day! The corridors are a bit of a rabbit warren, but immaculate, and once you get to know your way around, easy peasy. Book with confidence, especially if you are travelling with children.

“Great for families”

Modern, recently refurbished appartment. 2 minutes from Bayswater tube on the circle line, offering easy access to central London. We stayed in a 1 bedroomed quad, which was ideal for the needs of our family of two adults & two children. There was a small kitchenette with adequate equipment to prepare snacks and light meals. The bedroom and bathroom were downstairs, allowing some privacy. The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped, although not luxurious. We have recommended it to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Great experience! My stay at Grand Plaza Apartments was very pleasant indeed. I was warmly welcomed at reception, my luggage was taken care of and I was given a spacious and modern room. The room was far bigger than what you usually get in London, fully equipped with a queensize double bed, a sofa, a dining table and a fitted kitchen with all appliances, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom was equally well-sized, newly fitted with a tube/shower and a heated rail for the towels. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and provided assistance. The hotel is superbly located in Bayswater in short walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and Nottinghill and only 4 minutes walk from the tube. I can recommend this place and will be back at my next stay. Great value for money!

“Best Hotel with wonderful location”

I used to stay at Grand Plaza two years ago (in 2008) and was very impressed. So, before visiting London made an accommodation in Grand Plaza and would like to say that was much more impressed this time, Hotel was totally renewed. I booked two bedroom Apartments which was fully furnished with sofa, coffee table, large working desk, TV with Satellite channels, DVD, hi-fi stereo system and free high internet (both cable and Wi-Fi). Taking into account its location, near the Hyde Park at Bayswater Station, for me It was perfect choice. Staff was very friendly, explaining all necessary information. Cleaning service was also good, every time arriving to my room I found it very clean and cleaners never disturbed. Hotel also provided breakfasts, lunch and dinners with very acceptable price. Overall, would like to say that next time visiting London, with no doubt, I will again book an apartments in Grand Plaza.

“Comfortable London Stay”

I've just had an excellent stay in London at the Grand Plaza Apartments, Booked a 1 bedroomed room apartment, with sofabed in the main living room as was staying with My Uncle & Aunt, I would stay again as App't was comfortable clean, with good facilities, a really nice way to stay, was easy to find and very central for access to central london & the tube etc Cost good as cheaper than 2 nights at a travellodge or 3 of us. Main faults were the room was over warm, as most hotels, the windows were a bit drafty as old wooden latches, and I had to walk through bedroom to access the bathroom - Not ideal for some. Also a huge amount of corridors/stairs & lifts to access our room, We were unable to check in at first - so were told we could leave our bags but instead of them putting them in our room we had to go collect them from luggage room and cart them ourselves?

Could not have found a more friendly place to stay. This hotel showed me what is really important in life - a microwave to reheat takeaway food!
