"The photos really don't do the sheer tranquility of the settinf justice. Total isolation in the cotswolds, beautiful surrounding scenery. The house is nice if not new spec on all the funishings, but the real win is the location and the setting. Perfect for our group of friends who wanted to relax and stay up late drinking and chatting and enjoyinf the hot tub. But I'd also come back with my family any day of the week. "My second time renting this property as it is quite close to my Oxford family member’s flat and very convenient to the grocery and all of the city as well. To improve comfort the living area needs more comfortable seating with foot rests. The provided towels did not include wash cloths this time which would be helpful. But we made do and enjoyed the stay. It’s a nicely appointed property and I look forward to staying there again."

Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. "Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "
