"Loved the condo! 2 bed/2 bath, spacious and spotless. All the comforts of home. There is a shuttle to the World Marriott which has lots of dining/bar options along with two Starbucks. The Sabal Palms has a lovely pool area, a little mini market with the essentials and then some. Room is fully equipped and comes with a starter set of coffee/tea/creamer/sugar. We were 10-15 mins from all the parks and used Lyft to get back and forth, all very easy. "

"We were extremely pleased with the whole apartment and complex. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in one unit for family of 4 with the grandparents also along, was very handy. Other pluses: full kitchen with dinner ware , silverware, pots/pans, plates, bowls, and coffee cups; new appliances: full fridge, full washer & dryer, screened in patio area, golf course view (and the kids liked that there was a TV in all the bedrooms and living room)! "Property as advertised! It was very clean and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed. Within 20-30mins for most major attractions. I did not use the community pool, so can't comment on that. The only negative I can speak on is the kids' room beds were a little wobbly. But the condo was great overall!"

"This is a great home for families. The home is spacious and the clubhouse great. The only negative would be it needs new carpet and mattresses and mattress covers. Also providing a bit more toilet paper would be nice and kitchen hand towels. Just small things. Overall really wonderful."

"First, I'll let you know that the place was very nice. From there it goes downhill. Every email I received mentioned every thing I would be charged for... breaking things, staining towels, things missing... all things grownups know they will be charged for. I don't think I received an email that didn't have a list of things I would be charged for. Over each toilet, there was a sign saying a plugged toilet was grounds for being charged extra... not a plunger to be found in the unit! It was...

"The property is beautiful, with a calming view of the lake and comfortable beds however it is not well stocked with basic items for use that a rental should have. Items available including paper towel were so thin that it was not usable plus there were no hand soaps to wash hands in the bathrooms."

"We really enjoyed staying in this house. It was about 20 minutes to the Disney parks. The house was clean and spacious, the pool was fantastic, and we loved having the ping pong table, shuffle board and air hockey. We were only there for a few days but with so much to keep them occupied they didn't even touch a screen the whole time, and we all spent quality time together. Definitely a win!"

"This was perfect for our stay at Disney! We had 5 kids under 9, and the pool was perfect for all of them on our break days from the park. We were very close to Disney, but we were able to avoid the crowd of the resorts. I would definitely recommend this home."

"Clean, modern, new. Had an overall nice stay with family. Only minor irk is that the location they provide on the booking site is different from the actual place. The real address is actually about a 20 min drive to the Disney parks. The community is new and huge with a security guard entrance who were all friendly. There was a community pool right outside the balcony and the game rooms were a plus. "
