"This was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. The facilities were excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly. My favorite thing about my stay was the room itself and the amenities in the room. The bathroom (shared shower and large soaking tub) was a treat, especially the aromatic bath salts after a long flight. I hope to return to Kobe and stay here again!"

"I checked in half an hour earlier before official check-in. The room is in the Japanese style, huge, clean, beautiful. The hotel has 2 onsens, one on the 1-st floor and another on the 10-th floor. Both were excellent! Breakfast and dinner were amazing and very delicious! The location is very good, in the very picturesque place by the sea. It’s on the harbor so have a beautiful view, there is a plaza by the ferris wheel that is a fun little spot and has lots of good food/shopping.
