"Stayed for a week in this cottage with fabulous views. Very clean and just about everything you need. We were only missing a corkscrew and egg cups, but anything else you need is there. Not quite as homely as we would have hoped as the cottage is quite sparse, but still had a wonderful time. Great to be able to access the canal and take a nice long walk to Neptune’s staircase from the cottage!"

The traditional Scottish fare is abundant and appealing, with seamless accomodations for diets. The large gathering spaces were perfect for our group of fourteen; and the charming bedrooms were welcome getaways. Room to sprawl, and to come together."

"Our family of 14 had a wonderful week in this property. It is amazingly spacious - allowing each group their own room and bathroom, as well as having multiple lounges with TVs, multiple dining areas, and even 2 kitchens! Pure luxury. Kids had an absolute blast in all the rooms and playing table-tennis. The location is great too...Fort Augustus 10 mins away is suprisingly well stocked and Inverness and FOrt William slightly longer drives for bigger shops (although Tesco does deliver). The local...

"An excellent, comfortable and stylish stay in the peaceful highlands a short distance from Fort Augustus. Well located for exploring the area around Loch Ness and the Eastern side of the North Coast 500, we also took a day trip to the Isle of Skye which was easy enough. Thoroughly impressed by the facilities in the cottage, very tastefully decorated and with everything you might need whilst away. The tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch. Couldn’t recommend Faebuie Cottages highly ...

"We have stayed at this property before and have come back for Hogmanay. We have had an amazing time. It is so peaceful and quiet and the wildlife is stupendous. The cottage is so warm and welcoming especially with the open fire. We love it and will be back."

"It is a loving clean and tidy property with everything you could nead. In a remote setting Beautiful garden and woodland witj a pooled and river near by.. Bathroom door need a lillte bit of work to make it shut quietly. Loved every minute we spead in it."
