We were contacted before we arrived with directions and check in process which all went smoothly. It’s in a very quiet location a short drive along a small road off the main route along Loch Ness. We booked it as I was running the Loch Ness Marathon and it was well situated not too far from the St.Augustus coach pick up point. Well located for exploring the area around Loch Ness and the Eastern side of the North Coast 500, we also took a day trip to the Isle of Skye which was easy enough. Thoroughly impressed by the facilities in the cottage, very tastefully decorated and with everything you might need whilst away. The tea, coffee and milk on arrival was a nice touch.
