The house is well equipped, warm, comfortable and clean, it has the added bonuis of a lockable outhouse which was good for storing bikes. "We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

"Greenacres is an amazing house in an amazing setting just a few minutes walk from the town. The grounds are beautiful as well. The kids and dog had a great time running around and playing while the adults relaxed. We loved all sitting in the big room to watch movies in the evenings. There was loads of room for all of us. "Gardenstown is a picturesque costal village and Philipp and Andreas' property is a great place to spend a few days enjoying the beautiful scenery and some relaxation. Well situated with great views of the harbour, the property is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. For those working remotely, like myself, wi-fi is fast and reliable, making it easy to stay productive. Can't recommend their place highly enough for a relaxing week away from the city."

We had some conversation with the host before our stay, checking a couple of things and responses were what you would hope for. "We had a great stay at Dalnagar. Brilliant location and well equipped house. The house had a really good socialising space. The only minor niggle was not enough towels for us all (wasn't a problem as we brought a couple with us) and there wasn't enough hot water. We tried to use the Boost but we couldn't as the heating programme was on. Nevertheless it did not detract from our stay and we would still recommend this property."

My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday.
