"I stay away 3/4 times a month with work and had I not been dining with suppliers locally would probably have missed this gem. They moved breakfast forward 20 minutes to allow for an early departure for me and what a breakfast! The fresh fruit, eggs benedict and the banana/strawberry smoothie were all 10/10 whilst I had a superb view over the harbour. The fresh milk and drinks in the room was also great, along with the shortbread biscuits. But the highlight for me was the bed. I intended to watch...

"Can’t review area around property as I arrived as it was getting dark, but I’m sure it’s as immaculate as the house is. The breakfast choice was enormous I wished I could have eaten more. The bed and bedding was first class and a wonderful shower. I only had one night as my stay was work related, but have booked to stay on my next trip down in a few weeks. "

The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...
