"We had a great stay at the “Tree House”. We stayed 7 nights and kayaked most days with the provided kayaks. We also used the bikes and checked out the neighborhood. The channel was quiet compared to the river especially since there was some spring break activity still going on. The river was crazy busy on the weekend but that’s probably fun for younger people. "We absolutely loved our stay at this Tropical Retreat! It was the perfect getaway from upstate NY. With all the comfortable amenities we didn’t feel pressured to get up and hit the beach every day. Some of our favorite things were the multiple options for outdoor seating/eating (comfy cushions for all the chairs!) and the picturesque lighting on the pool cabana. The hot tub and majestic trees shading the backyard were bonuses. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation magical!"

Just one issue with the listing was that it said two king sleep number beds but they weren’t sleep number and there was only one king. But it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely stay there again! "I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues,...

"Our stay was nice. The one large disappointment is the listing lists spa/hot tub which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately there is none.😩 The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, but the other beds definitely need updating. Furniture is clean but older. Listed starter laundry soap, there was none. The beach umbrella had no bottom piece, so was not usable."
