Enjoy a 3-bedroom 2 full bath that can comfortably host 10 guests. Walk into an open concept Dining/Living Room area where you can share and make memories. Take the fun outside, within a huge fully fenced in back yard where you can enjoy many outdoor games and activities. Our Guest have access to the whole property including, whole house and fully fenced in back yard. Expect 100% privacy during your stay. We make sure to even equip all doors of entry with interior safety mechanical locks for added ease of mind. It\`s your and your guests space during your stay. I will be available at anytime for anything you may need, so please don\`t hesitate to call, message or write to me through the booking channel! Just a quick note to let you know that lawn maintenance services may stop by during your stay to help keep the property in great shape. Unexpected Late Check-Outs are set at $100/hour. \-Due to the high occupancy rate, we cannot honor early check-in requests made on arrival day. \-Guests are welcome to use the grill, and propane is provided. In order to keep our cleaning costs down, we do ask guests to clean the grill after every use. A $50 extra cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty. \-The Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guests are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device. \-Pets are welcome! We have a one-time $100 pet fee. A pet fee will be charged even if the pet(s) are not correctly added as guests. \--Please pick up after your animals. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if we must pick up animal waste around the property. You are responsible for your animal\`s actions and damages.
