"The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."

"Nice stay, staff friendly, clean room, handy for the railway station and football ground, the room I was in was on the top floor whch has a very steep staircase so bear that in mind if you struggle with stairs apart from that I highly recommend this place.
