"Nice hotel in the centre of Glasgow"
Staff were very helpful and pleasant except the girl who showed us to our table in the dining room at breakfast, both mornings she asked if we would like tea, we said yes but she didn't bring it. After waiting twenty minutes we went to another member of staff to get tea.

"Charming hotel "
Very pleasant stay. Hotel is actually several old homes so be prepared to go up and down and thru many doorways - kind of fun! We also dined in the bistro for dinner and breakfast. Service was great. Dinner food was wonderful. Breakfast buffet seemed sparse but hot food tasty.

Very charming--"old world"--but with modern touches. Wonderful linens and we actually had a "face cloth" a couple of days! The restaurant was wonderful, especially the continental breakfast which was expensive but very nice.

If you are looking for something different and a bit quirky, Citizen M could be for you. Not you're usual run of the mill hotel, definitely not a duplicate of Premier Inn or Holiday Inn.

"Nice hotel in great location in Glasgow"
We had a pleasant stay at Jury's Inn. The best part is the great location of this hotel which is 5-10 mins walk to all major central Glasgow landmarks like Glasgow Central Station, Buchanan Street, Sauchiehall Street and over looking the river Clyde. Rooms are clean and facilities are adequate (but not ultra-luxurious). Some rooms do not have dental kits, bathroom slippers etc so make sure you carry your own. In short, great city hotel for the price you pay.

"Not best location 20 minute walk to centre"
Given the price paid for accommodation £229 night I expected wonderful menu choice and quality. This was not the case. Steak was horrible next night fish and chips : tasteless Suggest if you stay here you eat elsewhere
